Good bonding moments between Helena and Sonia. If this was in real life, I'd be pretty worried about Helena's fitness as a parent by training her to apparently become a costumed crime fighter. If course, this is Earth-2, where things are different, but I still hope to see some pushback from the rest of the family or even other JSAers about Helena's decision to fully bring Sonia into the Batman Family.

Dick was even younger than Sonia when he started out as Robin, which I'm sure Helena would be quick to remind him. If anyone were to have any misgivings, it would probably be the JSAers that never had sidekicks. Of course, even the JSA has gone from turning away the future members of Infinity Inc to creating the Jr JSA to train future generations of heroes. I see the Jr JSAers as having been Freshmen in high school whereas Sonia is probably more middle school age.

That's true. I just hope Sonia gets some more training time than Dick got, since she doesn't have any background in martial arts or acrobatics at all. She's just an orphan traumatized by her experiences as a survivor of a orphanage massacre.
As I see it, Helena's training her so she doesn't have to go through life feeling helpless in the face of danger, as she would have those feelings from her trauma. Perhaps Helena is trying to motivate her by having her come up with a code name now, even though she may not need to help the Huntress fight, say, the Earthworm or Lionmane anytime soon.

A big part of this is so Sophia can feel empowered. I figure Helena isn't planning on throwing her up against any big guns right away.
I didn't want to have her pick a name just yet since she's a character who has sort of been developed by more than one writer over the years. So I was hoping to generate a little discussion from folks over what she might be called.
