Did anyone get the art that had been posted on the old sites?

In the downloaded pages, there are links to the images. I plan to download them all, though I think I probably already did so previously. I saved most stuff.

So it seems I spoke too soon. There are some things that need to be manually downloaded, including photos, databases, polls, and attachments. Really, the only things that are saved in the downloads that Yahoo provides are the messages, files, and links. Since we have a lot of custom-made photos in our groups, I'd suggest downloading those manually. I've got a lot of groups I'm trying to do this with now, but I'm not sure I'll get to all of them before the axe falls.

it is pretty quick to download photos. You should make a point to get your own.

Another thing I've noticed is that in some cases not all the files are in the download. In another group that I was involved in years ago, it only had 2 out of the 3 folders full of stories downloaded, and out of the 2 folders that were in the download, only one was complete! I have to manually download the rest myself. Luckily we still have a week left to ensure everything is there. I really hope the messages don't have gaps, too, because that's too big a job to verify.
