I need a betting game that might be played in a casino on Georwell. Georwellian technology is advanced over 21st century human technology in some areas (mostly in the areas of spaceflight and military tech) and curiously backward in others.
I need something where there are multiple ways to bet with different odds and at least one really long shot bet (like 00 in roulette).
All I know about gambling on Georwell is that they play a card game similar to poker called pyramid. But my protagonist is going to go into a crooked casino and make a casual wager on the highest payoff bet. And then the fun will start, I hope!

How about a more complex version of craps with either more than a pair of dice or with dice like the ones in the old D&D (20-sided, 8 sided). The bets could include a low return odd/even wager, betting of a total of the rolled dice, betting on whether matching dice are rolled (ex. three 6s or a sequence 1,2,3,4) and the highest wager being someone matching all the dice (1-5-4-1-3) exactly.

Here's my thoughts about this as background for a casino scene in my current story.
I don't like the 4 sided die, they don't tumble well That leaves 4 different regular geometric solids, D6, D8, D12, D20. The game will have one of each, and each will be a different color. There are 11520 possible rolls and an incredible number of things to bet on.
The dice are owned by the casino and are all thrown simultaneously by a mechanical device. Their initial trajectories are designed to intersect, and they are shot through a narrow neck onto a larger table. The intersection and then the narrow neck are designed to introduce random tumbling when they reach the playing surface.
Here's some possible wagers. I imagine there are a lot more possibilities, and each casino might decide to support its own subset of all possible wagers.
All Odd/All Even 1/16 All Odd or Even 2/16 Half Odd Half Even 6/16 D20 pip is lowest/D6 pip is highest High Die/Low Die
3 Straight /4 Straight (Any order of the dice) Big straight 4 lowest number on D6, then D8 then D12 highest on D20 Royal straight 4 (D20 is the lowest, then D12, then D3 highest on D6)
No Pair
1 pair
2 pair
3 of a kind
4 of a kind All Low / 3 High / Big High (all 1s, or 3 of the 4 show their highest numbers, or all 4 show their highest numbers)
Pick 3 / Pick 4 pick (you pick 3 or 4 numbers and if those show up in any combination of the dice, you win) Exact 4 (predict each die. You can simulate this by betting on the indiividual numbers on the table, but this is a separate, higher payoff bet)
Under (total < 23) Over (total > 23) Push (total = 23) Big Under (total < 10) Big Over (total > 36)
The wager board might look something like this, with the name of the game and the casino in the oval at the top. Each circle and square target represent a particular wager, with the name of the wager printed in the target, and the payoffs for the targets is lowest at the top and highest at the bottom. There may not be as many targets as shown, it may get too complex to keep track of so many wagers.
