Judomaster was Charlton Comics WWII masked hero. Interestingly according to the origin story he didn't start training until 1943 even though he was a trained boxer. Also, Charlton superhero book had lots of how to diagrams about judo moves throughout 1966- 1967
The Acrobat I(Judomaster Vol 1 #95 June 1967) Cat II (Judomaster Vol 1 #91 October 1966) Japanese Sandman (Judomaster Vol 1 #98 December 1967) Mountain Storm (Judomaster Vol 1 #89 May 1966) Smiling Skull (Judomaster Vol 1 #92 December 1966)

Sarge Steel was one of the longer running Charlton features as he had his own book, was the lead feature in Secret Agent and was the backup in Thunder bolt and Judomaster. He did not appear in DC until 1987. Still his was a good spy/private eye strip with several villains:
Eric Rinn (Sarge Steel Vol 1 #7 January 1966) Irena Dubaya (Judomaster Vol 1 #91 October 1966) Ivan Chung (Sarge Steel Vol 1 #1 December 1964) Lynx II (Sarge Steel Vol 1 #4 July 1965) Mister Ize (Secret Agent Vol 1 #9 October 1966) Roja (Sarge Steel Vol 1 #7 January 1966) Satana III Noir (Judomaster Vol 1 #93 February 1967) Smiling Skull (Sarge Steel Vol 1 #3 April 1965) (See Judomaster) Talon II (Sarge Steel Vol 1 #8 March 1966) Werner von Wess (Sarge Steel Vol 1 #2 February 1965)

The Dial H for Hero series was exactly what is said it was: a truly unique series. Teenager Robbie Reed find an object of unknow origin and experiments with it to become myriad number of unique super-heroes and a try out for the return of Plastic Man. He had 17 original tales and was host of heroes: Giant Boy, the Cometeer, the Mole, Super-Charge, he Human-Bullet, Radar-Sonar Man, Quakemaster, the Squid, Hypno-Man, the Human Starfish, the Mighty Moppet until he once again becomes Giant Boy again. Next he becomes a hero called King Kandy before becoming a well-known hero from the past in Plastic Man Later he becomes Magneto, Hornet Man, Shadow Man, Mister Echo, Future Man, the twin heroes Castor II and Pollux II, as well as King Coil, Zip Tide, Super Nova, Robbie Robot, Whoozis, Whatis, Howzis, Yankee Doodle Kid, Chief Mighty Arrow, Balloon Boy, Muscle Man, and again into Radar-Sonar Man, then Hoopster, then a combination of two former heroic identities om the Mole-Cometeer, Velocity Kid, Astro, Baron Buzz-Saw, Don Juan, Sphinx-Man, King Viking, Go-Go, and Whirl -I- Gig, Pendulum Man, Chief Mighty Arrow (with a pegasus named Wingy), Human Solar Mirror, Gillman, Human Icicle, and Strata Man.
He's one hero who had more identities than Villains: Baron Bug (House of Mystery Vol 1 #163 December 1966) Clay King (House of Mystery Vol 1 #159 June 1966) Dr. Cyclops (House of Mystery Vol 1 #164 January 1967) Dr Rigoro Mortis (House of Mystery Vol 1 #165 March 1967) Mister Thunder/Moon Man II (House of Mystery Vol 1 #156 January 1966) Mummy II (House of Mystery Vol 1 #161 September 1966) Rainbow Raider I (House of Mystery Vol 1 #167 June 1967) Super-Hood (House of Mystery Vol 1 #165 March 1967) Thunderbolt Gang (House of Mystery Vol 1 #156 January 1966) Toymaster (House of Mystery Vol 1 #169 September 1967) Wizard of Light (House of Mystery Vol 1 #160 July 1966)

The Martian Manhunter first appeared in Detective Comics Vol 1 #225 November 1955 and appeared regularly there for almost nine years before moving over to House of Mystery with issue #143 in June 1964. There he stayed until House of Mystery Vol 1 #173 March 1968. J'Onn J'Onzz would not his own series again until after Crisis on Infinite Earths and would eventually disappear from publication for most of the 1970's. He was always a favorite of mine. Here are his Villains: B'Rett (Detective Comics Vol 1 #273 November 1959) Buggsy Roach (Detective Comics Vol 1 #264 February 1959) Conjurer II (Detective Comics Vol 1 #263 January 1959) Faceless (House of Mystery Vol 1 #160 July 1966) Falcon II (Detective Comics Vol 1 #265 March 1959) The General II Detective Comics Vol 1 #254) Getaway King/Mastermind (Detective Comics Vol 1 #259 September 1958) (See Justice League of America) The Human Flame Detective Comics Vol 1 #274 December 1959) Human Squirrel (Detective Comics Vol 1 #292 June 1961) Iwangis (House of Mystery Vol 1 #152 July 1965) King Zeus II (Detective Comics Vol 1 #302 April 1962) Mister Moth(Detective Comics Vol 1 #277 March 1960) Mister V (House of Mystery Vol 1 #160 July 1966) Orry Kane (House of Mystery Vol 1 #154 September 1965) Perseus II (Detective Comics Vol 1 #302 April 1962) Porto (Detective Comics Vol 1 #315 May 1963) Professor Hugo (Detective Comics Vol 1 #322 December 1963) (See Batman) Thantos (House of Mystery Vol 1 #156 January 1966) Tor III, the Robot Criminal of Mars (Detective Comics Vol 1 #243 May 1957) The Trickster VI (Detective Comics Vol 1 #292 June 1961) Vulkor (The Brave and the Bold Vol 1 #50 October 1963) (See Green Arrow II) Vulture Organization (House of Mystery Vol 1 #160 July 1966) Waldo Wilson (Detective Comics Vol 1 #252 February 1958)

Metamorpho's first series ended in March of 1968. Metamorpho battles Mister Shadow and the Prosecutor (and his unrevealed client) as he is found guilty of murder Sapphire's husband in an unresolved story. Besides those two villains had a host of others:
Doc Dread (Metamorpho Vol 1 #8 September 1966) Dr Franz Zorb (Metamorpho Vol 1 #12 May 1967) Java (The Brave and the Bold Vol 1 #57 December 1964) Maxwell Tremaine (The Brave and The Bold Vol 1 #58 February 1965) Metamorpho II (Metamorpho Vol 1 #5 March 1966) Mister Shadow (Metamorpho Vol 1 #16 January 1968) uetrog (Metamorpho Vol 1 #14 September 1967) Simon Stagg (The Brave and the Bold Vol 1 #57 December 1964) Thunderer II (Metamorpho Vol 1 #14 September 1967)

The Plastic Man of the 1960's is a little strange to explain. He the supposed son on the original Plastic Man. But his ad is the original Plastic Man of Earth 12 not Earth Quality two or X. Also the Earth 1 Character mad his first appearance just before the Earth 12's Plastic Man was cancelled. Any way for the purposes of the Villains Thread the Plastic Man is the Golden age is either from Earth Quality or Earth Two and then Earth X. Plastic Man II is from Earth 12 as is his son Plastic Man III, while Plastic Man IV is from Earth I. Though I think a case could be made that Plastic Man II and III could be from Earth Quality. He is their villains.
The Assassin (Plastic Man Vol 1 #5 July 1967) The Dome (Plastic Man Vol 2 #1 November 1966) Goldzinger (Plastic Man Vol 2 #6 September 1967) Ivan Byturnozov (Plastic Man Vol 1 #5 July 1967) Jack of Diamonds (Plastic Man Vol 1 #7 November 1967) (See Plastic Man II) Jean Le Feet (Plastic Man Vol 1 #5 July 1967) King of Spades (Plastic Man Vol 1 #7 November 1967) (See Plastic Man II) Lynx III (Plastic Man Vol 2 #1 November 1966) Madame Merciless (Plastic Man Vol 2 # 4 May 1967) Queen of Hearts (Plastic Man Vol 1 #7 November 1967) (See Plastic Man II) Sir Reginald Ratfinque (Plastic Man Vol 1 #5 July 1967) Sphinx VII (Plastic Man Vol 2 #6 September 1967)

The Doom Patrol was a truly unique superhero team. They first appeared in 1963 in My Greatest Adventure Vol 1 #80. they were popular enough that the comic changed its name to the Doom Patrol with issue #86 in March of 1964 and in September of 1968 the were cancelled in a unique way as they were all seemingly killed. Brother Power the Geek was two issue comic drawn and written by Joe Simon in a time where DC was hiring a slew of new talent and trying new books as the times were a changing in 1968. It was a book that had some potential but was cancelled quickly. I remember reading that some editor had a real problem with the political undertones of the book. At any rate Brother Power the Geek had only one villain who qualifies for the Villain's List:
Lord Sliderule (Brother Power the Geek Vol 1 #2 November 1968)

In 1965 a new comics company, Tower Comics came out with their twenty-five cents line of comics with the first issue of T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents. It was innovative idea taking advantage of both the super hero and adding the spy craze going on at the time with the advent of the James Bond movies. This was a book full of fun that enjoyed as a kid when they first came out as well as today when I ama Senior citizen. The T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents were all interconnected and the heroes were sent on mission by T.H.U.N.D.E.R. So the list of their villains has which agents they actually fought in this wonderfully interconnected comic.
