His stories were in Superman 1976 treasury. At least Superman appeared on the cover while the contents were a couple of ?Tomahawk tales.

Do we have compilations for individual villains? I'd like to read a number of appearances by Wotan on Earth 2...

No, I have one for heroes that I may send out next year after I finish reading all the online DC stories until December that year. I decided to add all of 1986 because several books continued referencing the old Multiverse until then. That is also the time I'll stop reading the books. I started in 1935 and am now in June 1972.

In 1971 Jack Kirby created the fantastic 4th World for DC. Unfortunately, despite his great artwork and the marvelous concepts, it was short lived as Jack Kirby left Jimmy Olsen and both the Forever People and the New Gods were cancelled by 1972. DC tried another New Gods comic before the end of 1986 and I'll Chronical their villains later. But the Forever People (with the Infinity Man) except for two appearances were exiled on a paradise planet. Its funny that Darkseid and his minions are much more popular than the heroes they were created to fight. Here are the villains of the Forever People and Infinity Man.
Darkseid (Forever People Vol 1 #1 February 1971) (See Elastic Lad/Jimmy Olsen II, Newsboy Legion III, Superboy/Superman II) Desaad (Forever People Vol 1 #2 April 1971) Devilance, the Pursuer (Forever People Vol 1 #11 October 1972) (See Infinity Man) Glorious Godfrey (Forever People Vol 1 #3 June 1971) Inter-Gang (Forever People Vol 1 #1 February 1971) (See Elastic Lad/Jimmy Olsen II, Lois Lane II) Superboy/Superman II, Orion, Mister Miracle I Moister Miracle II Guardian III, Newsboy Legion III) Mantis (Forever People Vol 1 #2 April 1971) (See Forager, Lightray, Orion) The Scavengers (Forever People Viol 1 #10 August 1972) (See Deadman)
