It's 1956. Zenith has had her powers for 10 years, but never used them. She has been living for 5 of those years in a small town in Indiana, waiting for her archaeologist fiancé to be offered tenure before they got married - and she has just ended the relationship because he put his job ahead of her one time too many. She activated her powers and flew to Boston as the first leg of a trip back home to to Great Britain (and stopped three deadly natural disasters along the way). She just spent the night pampered in a hotel and is now ready to hop the Atlantic.
Will she fly commercial or will she fly with her powers? She is unsure how fast she can fly - she thinks she can break the sound barrier, but she's never pushed herself that hard, and she thinks the fastest she has ever flown is around 500 MPH. So she is looking at 4 to 6 hours if she flies herself and pushes herself. Probably more than 15 hours on a plane. She's rich so cost is not an issue.
Yesterday and today are the first time in 10 years she used her powers, and 10 years ago, she only used them for a couple of hours.
What do you think, folks?

I would want to know the limits of my powers ahead of time and not discover I've reached them somewhere over the middle of the Atlantic. For me, it would be a plane ride.

Does flying make her tired? If so, I would take the pane. Too much risk of crashing into the sea
If not, I would fly it, just for the thrill of flying

I don't think she has asked herself that question yet. Thank you. I'm sure she is capable of making the flight - but she doesn't know yet if she can or not.
