Do Vandal Savage and General Immortus know each other?

Not in pre-Crisis continuity, although a post-Crisis Wonder Woman story brought together all of DC's extant immortals, which included both Vandal and Immortus. One was a Justice Society opponent, the other was an adversary of the Doom Patrol, so they may have existed/exist on different Earths, with Immortus on Earth-One and Vandal on Earth-Two. Is there an Earth-One Vandal Savage, though?

I believe Vandal Savage at once traveled between E1 and E2, but I don't know about in our continuity

Vandal Savage travelled to E-1's past pre-crisis and changed history, taking over the world. The Kents even brought baby Kal-El to him and he raised him to be his enforcer. Rebels Jimmy and Lois eventually convince him Savage is bad.

Rebels Jimmy and Lois eventually convince him Savage is bad. Savage stuck around for awhile after that as a Superman foe. He was a sort of test run for the Post-Crisis businessman take on Luthor. Having no history on Earth-1 he set up a business that to the public did good things while Vandal was setting up Superman. Ultimately a year or so before Crisis Superman managed to expose Vandal for he was and Savage apparently returned to Earth-2 by the time of Crisis,

so no good reasons why Vandal Savage should know either General Immortus or Immortal Man, since they are on different Earths.

Paladinlgt brought Resurrection Man into our Earth-2 continuity, so you could use him as a substitute.

Depending on how old they are, maybe they meet up every century or so.

Unless they're on separate alternate Earths, that is. Although they may know about the existence of those alternate Earths before they become common knowledge or known to other metahumans on that Earth.

That might be an interesting story - the immortals of a particular Earth meet and share their experiences. Of course, some of them are probably mortal enemies of others - if 'mortal' actually means anything to them...

I believe the Vertigo Sandman and Hellblazer series actually did have Dream meet with some of Britain's immmortals about once a century at a certain tavern.

Dream met once a century with a guy who said he never wanted to die. He gave him that boon and then had the meetings at the tavern to catch up with him and see if he still felt the same. He always wanted to keep living whether the last hundred years had been good or bad.
