Wow, bet I just found a character Libby has never used in a story yet... Hypochap! A superhero who appeared in the Johnny Thunder and T-bolt run in Flash Comics. He was an incredibly powerful hero, wonder why we didn't see more appearances?

Can't find any better images of Hypochap, though, sorry. Wish I was an artist so I could touch this up!

Hypochap - a man in a foolish costume, almost like a jester, and a pointed hat, standing with hands on hips
